SENIOR ASSOCIATE — Denver, CO (On-site): Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar field and 2 years’ experience in private equity, late-stage venture capital, investment banking, management consulting or related field; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar field and 4 years’ experience in private equity, late-stage venture capital, investment banking, management consulting or related field is required. Must have experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), whether buy-side (preferred), sell-side, or operational. Must have strong financial accounting and modeling skills, with experience building and manipulating complex financial models. Must have a high level of dependability, with the ability to prioritize and remain focused on agreed-upon goals while working independently with a minimum of supervision. Must be dependable and organized; a logical thinker, with the ability to prioritize and remain focused on agreed-upon strategic goals. Must have the ability to communicate clearly in written format and prepare concise, written investment recommendation reports. Must have strong public speaking and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, including recognizing situations in which confidentiality is required. Must be willing to assist others, learn new skills and participate in a productive, team-oriented environment. Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Must pass a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license for the state of residency and be insurable under the Company’s vehicle insurance carrier.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER — Denver, CO (On-site): Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field and three years full-time experience in accounting or auditing; OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field and five years full-time experience in accounting or auditing is required. Must have strong understanding of GAAP. Must have advanced computer experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and advanced Excel skills. Must have experience in the creation and production of financial reports. Must have a high degree of accuracy in managing complex transactions and large volumes of data. Must have strong verbal can written communication skills. Must be willing to assist others, learn new skills and participate in a productive, team-oriented environment. Must demonstrate the ability to mentor, train and lead staff as directed. Must have a valid drivers’ license for state of residency and be insurable under the Growth Fund vehicle insurance policy.
